Coaching

“Trauma is about loss of accompaniment.”

– Sarah Peyton

Sometimes the grief is too much to bear alone and you need individualized attention. Yvette offers personalized coaching to work through things that may need sorting, using a mixture of coaching, embodiment and trauma-informed strategies to support grounding, emotional regulation and clarity. She also offers integrative sessions as a supplement for those who need more care after a group session.

Yvette’s Style

It is hard to describe someone’s essence, but here are a few qualities that capture her style:

Accompaniment

There to hold space so that you feel the courage to look at the complex things that need deeper exploration…together, offering solidarity and grace, knowing that healing partially comes from knowing that you’re not facing it alone.

Presence

Meets you where you are at…without any agendas. Yvette has an uncanny knack for seeing the throughlines, tying things together through sacred geometry.

Soft Power

A light mirror that gently guides you over uncomfortable edges in bite-size amounts allowing you to clearly see, pausing to feel and be with it then offering the tools for transform.

Growth

Committed to doing her personal work solely to be in integrity with herself, with nothing to prove.

Empathy

Believing in you as human fully in your dignity without judgement…unconditionally.

Play

It doesn’t have to be hard. Sometimes it can feel light, even full of laughter, ease and glee.

“Yvette helped me find my voice in the workplace, giving me the tools I needed to truly advocate for myself. I’m more confident and now seen as a leader. Multiple promotions later, I can’t recommend Yvette enough for the impact she’s had on my professional life and how that growth has naturally trickled into how I approach things personally.”

“Yvette’s coaching consistently invites me out of anxious patterns and into grounded embodiment. I’ve developed a more intimate and nuanced relationship with myself, which has shaped how I show up across my personal and professional relationships. The shift in me has been deeply integrative—lifelong notes-to-self that I’ll carry far into the future.”
